Step 3 Home Buyer's Checklist

There are so many things to consider when searching for a home.  Here are some helpful links.

What you should look for in a home      Guide to Real Estate Terms

My home buying checklist will help you identify some of the most important features when comparing properties.

Note:  this is NOT a homework assignment.  It is more something to scroll through at your leisure.  The goal is to get an idea of what is most important to you.  And if we look at multiple properties, be better equipped to compare and contrast them and avoid overlooking something important to you.
